The lifting platform for the yacht is designed to lift swimming equipment from the water for winter conservation, for repairs, etc.
Using the platform significantly increases the life of the vessel, helps protect the hull from darkening and other negative phenomena caused by prolonged contact with water.
The presence of a yacht lift will allow you to spend more time driving the boat and spend less time on cleaning and maintenance. The use of lifts is of particular importance during the winter storage of the vessel, with their help it becomes inaccessible to ice and spring ice.
Yacht elevator is designed to work in operating conditions corresponding to the performance of placement category I according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-70.

In this case:
Ambient temperature from -10 ° C to + 40 ° C;
The pumping station must be protected from direct exposure to solar radiation and precipitation;
Degree of protection of the IP13 platform GOST 14254-80.

Principles of work:
The yacht elevator performs a vertical rectilinear movement, which is carried out using mechanisms – hydraulic cylinders and tackle blocks.
The hydraulic cylinder drive is electro-hydraulic powered by a pump station and a control panel.
The movement of the platform is carried out at the touch of a button, as soon as the button is released, the movement stops, this control solution is a means of ensuring safety when working with the platform.
The synchronization of the hydraulic cylinders is carried out by tracking the rotation of the rollers located in both boxes with mechanisms.
The synchronization block is built on the “OVEN” component base.
