PAINTING AND DRYING CHAMBER

The attractiveness of the appearance of finished products is very important in the production or repair of various metal structures. Final painting of the surfaces, products, automobiles takes place in spray booths. Regardless of the scope, the spray booth is arranged according to a single principle. For greater efficiency, the complex combines painting and drying processes. Equipment can be purchased separately and installed in a certain room or you can choose the option of purchasing the complex with a single control unit. The choice of option depends on the performance of the chamber you need. Of course, to purchase ready-made paint and drying complex is much more profitable in terms of energy saving and possible repairs.

HOW THE DRYING CAMERA IS FITTED

Since in modern devices drying and painting occur in one chamber, the complexes differ in:

● The size of the working area.
For large objects (industrial), for cars, for small parts (mobile);

● Moving spray equipment.
Fixed spray panel, rotating automatic spray gun, mobile (transverse carriage), independent portable paint spray gun;

● Type of air filtration.
May be dry or water;

● Installed drying units.
Air drying chamber, infrared, ultraviolet, combined;

● Kind of heat generator.
There are diesel, gas, electrics;

● Floor design.
With or without filters;

● Installation method.
On an assembled metal frame or on a concrete floor with a special pit.

Also, different models may have different type of control.

WHY DO YOU NEED DRYING THE CAR AFTER PAINTING IN THE CHAMBER

The cycle of work on applying and fixing the paintwork material on the product ends with its drying. For this, it is necessary to ensure the presence of a spotless, constant and warmed up to a given temperature air. Poor cleaning of the air flow leads to contaminated particles getting onto the painted surface and lowering the quality of work. Therefore, it is imperative that the car is dried after painting in a place specially designed for this purpose. Our company manufactures devices with a ventilation rate of 50 times/hour during drying. In this case, participation in the process of untreated air is completely excluded. Dyeing is carried out with air exchange 200 times/hour. Which fully complies with European Safety Standards.
